Flower Delivery FAQs

Is there a minimum order for items to be delivered?

All of our floral designs and indeed our wider selection of plants and gifts are able to be delivered. We are unable to deliver items below £20. the only items this would apply to are some of our Finishing Touches, for example an individual balloon, a single box of chocolates or bottle of wine. However, we would be delighted to offer each of these product with flowers. We also offer balloon bundles, wine sets and chocolate collections that we can offer for delivery without the need to be accompanied by flowers.

What happens if the person is out when the delivery arrives?

If the recipient isn't available, and there's no-one at the address to take delivery on their behalf,  we will leave a card to say,  "Sorry we missed you” and to advise where or with whom we have left the gift for safekeeping. In exceptional circumstances our "Sorry we missed you” card will ask the recipient to please call the shop to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Will my order arrive safely?

Yes! Safe delivery of your flowers is paramount. Once our professional florists have created your stunning design the final step of ensuring they arrive in perfect condition, is in many ways the most important one! Rest assured we will transport your flowers professionally and with great care.

Every day we deliver our flowers with the care and attention they deserve. Our personal hand delivery service guarantees the quality and standard of your flowers, ensuring an exceptional standard of service from the moment the order is taken until it is personally handed over to the recipient that will enjoy the flowers.


Can you advise me if the flowers have been delivered?

We would be pleased to advise you of the delivery status of your order. Our driver keeps excellent records with a time and signature for each delivery.

Being located in the New Forest and Waterside area we've delivered to many locations, across fields into ships, we've seen most of it in the 51 years we've been in business. Click and Collect FAQs

When will I know my order is ready for collection from the store?

When placing your order we will ask you whether you will be collecting in the morning or afternoon. This is to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you when you come to collect it.

If you have placed your order overnight and wish to collect it the next morning, we will make it our priority, processing and hand creating your flowers when Sandra's Florist opens at 8.30am. However, we appreciate your understanding that the process of handcrafting your design may take up to 10am, at this time it will to be ready for you to collect.
